Régis von Arx


Administrator of Homequest Immobilier

Régis trained and worked for 10 years in a notary’s office. The notarial profession, a profession of rigor, listening and at the service of the customer which, without further possible evolution for him, naturally led him to real estate. He joined a large French-speaking real estate group with various functions attached to general management and created a department for the sale of prestigious properties.

After 8 years in the service of this recognized actor, he decided in early 2012 to stand on his own feet and founded Homequest Immobilier. Thus, his daily life is now to advise and support tenants, owners, buyers or sellers on the sometimes winding paths of home ownership or housing management.

Nathalie Poot


Administrative and rental manager

For more than 20 years, Nathalie has been active in the real estate business. After her career as a broker’s assistant in two large recognized agencies, she continued her commitment as a management assistant in the prestigious property sales department, founded and managed by Régis von Arx.

After years of assistantship, she now has the pleasure of direct contact with customers by performing tasks in relation to the management of building (s), visits, inventory of fixtures. She puts at the service of Homequest customers her experience, her knowledge related to the “business” part as well as her privileged contacts within various local agencies.

Thandi Fehlmann


Intern in digital marketing and communication

Currently studying for a Bachelor in Digital Marketing and Communication at CREA Lausanne, Thandi joins our team until the end of the year.

Fascinated by digital strategy and real estate, Thandi makes her dream come true: to combine her two passions.

She supports us in the management and implementation of our digital strategy. It will give us a boost regarding our visibility through our digital platforms, our various social networks and our communication in general, also in writing.

Martine di Massa


Accounting department

Martine has been working for thirty years with various companies in the field of accounting.

She was trained in the banking sector. Subsequently she turned to property management, fiduciary, notary as well as retail trade and welfare associations.

Since 2017, she joined the Homequest Immobilier team to put her skills to work.

Thus, Martine takes care of our salaries, our VAT, the general accounting and monitoring of the agency but also collaborates in the accounting management of our buildings under management.

Luca Micheli


Real estate broker

Trained at the Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne, Luca studied and experiences the hospitality professions, from luxury hotels in Rome to the management of sporting events at UEFA. Following this, he decided to join the world of marketing for the Swiss watch manufacturer Hublot.

However, his passion for real estate led him to seize the opportunity to join Homequest Immobilier by becoming a real estate broker. He now provides real estate valuation, promotion and marketing of real estate for sale. His goal is to give the best of himself in order to meet the expectations of buyers and sellers by all the professional means at his disposal.
